Fruits and vegetables last much longer, their flavor is enhanced, and wilted vegetables return to their normal crispness. Grapefruit seed extract can be used in place of Clorox. The system is based on cleansing food of pesticides, fungi, parasites, bacteria and heavy metals using bleach.
Sort your vegetables and fruits into different piles. Eggs and meat should be separated. Use ½ teaspoon of Clorox to 1 gallon of water. Fruits and vegetables are soaked for 10 minutes, then rinsed as above. Meat can be placed into a colander and is soaked from 10 to 15 minutes, then rinsed above.
Add a small amount of Clorox to a large amount of water, and soak raw foods in this mixture. The bleach acts like a magnet to toxins and pulls them out of the produce. Most of the toxins used in the production of food are removed. Apples and grapes, for example, are sprayed at least 15 times before they reach the marketplace.
